I believe that this is very true. It is very true i believe that if you lie you are keeping your self from getting total freedom.its also true because if u live with a lie on your mind you'll feel guilt and shame the rest of your life.With guilt in your life you never will be able to go on therefore you can be free for you are chained mentally and can not let loose and be free.also if your a man you have to live by your word if not you wont be trusted
