This is very true. Failure is something that cannot be
avoided and you will experience any given time during your life. However you
should not just give up. What Biondi is saying is that even though you may fail
you can change it to greatness. With every lose it gives you motivation to work
harder. If you work hard and never stop what you are doing you will be able to
go up and beyond your expectations.
