Dante is very correct. Notes improve your listening skills
by tenfold. When you take notes you have to pay attention more. Thus in turn you
have to pay attention more. This attentiveness follows on to other aspects in
life as well. In every situation you will find yourself aware of many or even
all things around you and you will note them all subconsciously. This is a
great trait because then you will be prepared not only academically for higher
learning, but prepared for higher living.
