- I believe this is very true. What happened before doesn’t
matter the most important thing everyone must focus on is what is happening in
front of them at this exact instance. On my lacrosse team the Santa Monica
Vikings we practice hard today and to prepare for tomorrow. If we work hard in
the present and focus on the now, the then will fall into place perfectly when
the time comes. My coach tells us that what happen before is the past what is
important is what you do is in the here and now.
